Wakame set to add Asian flavours in Dubai

Wakame, a new Asian inspired restaurant and bar concept, is set to open in UAE this October.

The Wakame culinary experience explores the tastes and traditions of Asia with a menu prepared by a team of expert chefs located within the Sofitel Downtown Dubai.

The restaurant area is anchored around the sushi and dim sum counters with an open area to watch the chefs work with the fresh produce, culminating in a range of signature dishes using traditional techniques and ingredients reflecting Asia.

The venue’s atmosphere will be further enlivened with its dedicated bar area, offering a selection of beverages. Wakame will feature a resident DJ as well.
