LA MARQUISE

La Marquise supplies WMF coffee machines. The manufacturer has launched a new espresso range, containing all of the features of an automatic machine in the form of a traditional espresso machine. Users can now make the perfect espresso and café crème even with little technical know-how. The whole process is characterised by complete reliability and high-quality coffee – without the need for a time-consuming training process. THERMOPLAN

The Black & White3 CTMS (coffee/tea milk steam) from Thermoplan combines the technology of a high-performance automatic coffee maker with the added ability to select the classical way of foaming milk by using steam. The CTMS features two separate spouts – one for hot water and one for steam. Steam output is via a pivoting steam pipe that consists of Peektm, a heat-resistant thermoplastic insulator. Users can select a manual or programme-controlled steam feed. Particularly convincing is this unit’s enormous hot water capacity of 43 litres per hour. Adequate hot water is ensured, even when demand peaks.
