Debates begin at Caterer Chef & Ingredients Forum

The fourth Caterer Middle East Chef & Ingredients Forum has kicked off at the Grosvenor House Dubai, with a panel discussion on how chefs are tackling ingredient supply challenges.

The event will also deal with the challenges around restaurant refurbishments and upgrades, along with the growing number of discount deals in the market and how this is affecting operations and profit margins.

The day will also offer case study presentations and 10-minute 'how-to' sessions in an effort to share best practice.

A particular highlight of the Forum is the keynote speaker, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, who will be interviewed live on-stage by ITP Hospitality Group senior editor Devina Divecha. Vongerichten was also the cover star of Caterer Middle East's September issue.
