Manitowoc Foodservice has appointed Philip Dei Dolori to the role of senior vice president and managing director, EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), effective immediately.
He is responsible for all sales, operations and profit/loss functions, with a focus on driving growth, developing new products and establishing strong customer relationships in the region.
Dei Dolori, who will be based at Manitowoc Foodservice’s facility in Eglfing, Germany, will report directly to chief operating officer Josef Matosevic, as part of the executive leadership team led by chief executive officer Hubertus Muehlhaeuser.
During his career at Manitowoc Foodservice, which designs, manufactures and supplies F&B equipment, Dei Dolori has served as an executive vice president in a variety of areas including EMEA, the Americas, and global products.
Under Enodis, which was acquired by Manitowoc Foodservice in 2008, he was group managing director with dual responsibility for Asia Pacific and European operations and sales.
He also held positions as group president at Middleby and president of Vulcan Hart, an ITW company.
