Carnival by Tresind to serve modern Indian Cuisine

Nikhil Pereira, December 15th, 2015

Tresind will launch ‘Carnival by Tresind’ in February 2016, which is set to serve postmodern Indian cuisine.

The group already has a Dubai-based restaurant, which was launched recently, that serves Indian cuisine in a fine dining avatar based on the molecular gastronomy concept.

Bhupender Nath, founder and CEO of Passion F&B, the management behind Tresind Dubai said: “With Tresind, we reinvented Indian cuisine by giving traditional dishes a modern twist, and with Carnival, we hope to take that legacy a notch above. I am certain that this concept has the potential to become one of the leading F&B destinations in the UAE. We intend to further expand the number of our restaurants,” he said.

Nath confirmed the soon-to-open restaurants will sport a fine dining and lounge feel, which is part of a careful strategy from his company.

Carnival will be located in DIFC and offer a contemporary interpretation of authentic Indian cuisine in an ambience that is chic and minimalistic.

Executive chef Himanshu Saini along with his team comprising of Paritosh Sharma and Vinu Raveendran from Mugaritz, Spain have crafted the culinary experience.
