Damac Properties has introduced ‘Navitas Hotel & Residences’ in Dubai's Akoya Oxygen golf course community with a four-year payment plan.
One of the towers comprises 312 hotel rooms, which will be managed by Damac Hotels & Resorts. The other four towers will comprise private, residential units, which will look out over the golf course and the full project.
“The five, 14-storey towers provide an opportunity for those looking for investment properties,” said Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president, Damac Properties.
The developer has also pledged to kit out the room, including interior detailing and room furnishing, “rooms come with a separate living and dining area,” McLoughlin added.
‘Navitas Hotel & Residences’, a project with a total value of $231 million (AED850 million), has residences starting from $120,000 (AED440,000) and is home to the Tiger Woods designed international golf course, The Dubai Rainforest and the upscale retail and entertainment district, Vista Lux.
The towers are set on a common podium and offer their own retail element.
Akoya Oxygen is a 55 million-square-foot development in Dubailand, with its ethos based around a green concept.
As of September 30 2015, Damac delivered 14,375 homes and has a development portfolio of over 37,000 units at various stages of progress and planning. Included are more than 13,000 hotel rooms and serviced hotel apartments under development, which will be managed by its hospitality arm, Damac Hotels & Resorts.
