Dubai-based regional F&B platform eathos has opened its second Kababji restaurant in the UAE just two months after its first.
The outlet, serving Lebanese cuisine, is based in Deira’s Al Ghurair Centre and seats more than 60 diners, with an outdoor terrace catering to more than 50.
The restaurant features Kababji’s signature live kitchen and charcoal oven.
Eathos CEO Faysal Younes said in a statement that the brand’s F&B strategy for the UAE will focus heavily on serving local communities.
“The fact is that lifestyles continue to evolve here in the Emirates. More women are working and people are looking for new places to eat out, or to order for delivery, as well as focusing more on concepts that serve healthy, quality cuisine which better satisfies the increasing desire for wellness. Kababji continuously fits these culinary aspirations.
“It seems that people are also looking for the convenience of dining within the communities they live, shop, exercise and work. Deira has a distinct footprint all of its own, and one that is heavily influenced by the Arab demographic that Kababji can serve particularly well.”
Now that Eathos has established Kababji outlets in Dubai Marina Promenade and Deira, the company wants to expand to Abu Dhabi. The UAE's inaugural Kababji Express is set to open in Galleria Mall on Al Maryah Island by the end of Q1 2016.
