Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) has confirmed that the Firebird Diner by Michael Mina will open at its premises this March.

Michael Mina is known for his restaurants across the United States including the Michael Mina Restaurant, Bourbon Steak and RN74.

The soon-to-open diner-styled restaurant will open along with the hotel later this year.

Designed by the famous American interior designer Adam Tihany, the diner will aim for elegant yet whimsical elements to the interior.

The diner is expected to have a counter and booth style seating in American diner fashion.

Signature menu items such as Firebird steak & eggs, the Elvis American toast, Michael’s ahi tuna tartare, maine lobster corn dogs, San Francisco cioppinno and chicken fried wagyu steak will all be present on the menu.

General manager of the Four Seasons DIFC, Carlo Stragiotto said: “Through this partnership we will be bringing a fresh and exciting dimension to the already dynamic restaurant scene in DIFC.”

Michael Mina commented on the partnership stating: “Being of Middle Eastern heritage, I couldn’t be more pleased that our first project in the region is with such a trusted partner, and in such a vibrant part of Dubai.”

The hotel is expected to open in March 2016 with the restaurant premiering on March 1 2016.
