One to One Hotels signs RAK property

One to One Hotels and Resorts has signed a management agreement with Al Maha Residence, a boutique hotel in the heart of Ras Al Khaimah

A management agreement was signed between the hotel owner Youssef Rashed and Philipe Harb, COO and partner, One to One Hotels.

This marks the entry of the brand in Ras Al Khaimah and is set to strengthen its position with additional properties in the northern Emirates.

To support these new developments, the firm has opened a sales and marketing office in Dubai as a feeder market to the Northern Emirates and appointed Iconsulthotels, the Dubai-based boutique hotel consulting firm, to assist with the expansion plans.

Youssef Rashed commented on the signing stating: “This is an exciting time for our company as we partner with One to One Hotels and Resorts to gain and secure a stronger position in Ras Al Khaimah.

Meanwhile, Philippe Harb said: “Al Maha will be part of our ‘Suite’ brand category, with plans to grow all our four brands, and to be present in every metropolitan city in the MENA region.”
