Le Royal Meridien Dubai reopens all-day dining

Devina Divecha, January 25th, 2016

Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort + Spa has opened Brasserie 2.0, a new all-day dining restaurant, bar and terrace, as part of phase two of the hotel's refurbishment plans.

The multiple all-day dining concept features an open plan kitchen, live cooking islands, a juice and shake bar, and a terrace area.

The new dining concept has an open plan, with design features such as floor to ceiling windows and grand high ceilings, and the use of natural materials.

Brasserie 2.0’s outdoor terrace has been fitted out with low plush lounge seating with a glass feature wall.

The restaurant's menu has dishes from all over the world, with healthy dining options, as well as dishes using seasonal produce fresh from the market.

In addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, a new brunch concept was also launched at the venue.

Phase three of the re-development is scheduled to start in 2016 and will see the complete redesign of all deluxe rooms and suites in the main building.
