Caterer conference confirms top industry speakers

Caterer Middle East has lined up top industry speakers for its fifth annual Caterer Food & Business Conference, taking place on March 8 at Grosvenor House, Dubai.

In a change from the usual format, for the first time, the event will be an all-encompassing conference, covering the business of food, the kitchen, and bar and nightlife – and serving as a one-stop source for the latest trends, innovations and analysis needed to succeed in today’s market.

Last year’s event brought together about 150 senior F&B professionals to discuss the opportunities for growth and debate key challenges facing the regional industry – and this year is expected to attract even more as it brings together people from every aspect of the F&B industry at the same time.
