Chef and author Greg Malouf announced his departure from Clé Dubai, his first restaurant project in the UAE.
“It is with regret that I announce my departure from Clé Dubai due to the expiration of my two-year contract. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the kitchen crew, service personnel, managers and owners for their constant support in raising awareness about Middle Eastern food.
“I would also like to thank the customers, suppliers, friends and family for the wonderful support. I will remain in Dubai to conduct research for my eighth book that's due late 2017, and continue to lift the profile of contemporary Arabic food,” says Malouf.
