Le Fruit de Monin Yuzu

Originally from East Asia, yuzu is a cross between grapefruit, lemon and sour mandarin. Widely used in Korean and Japanese cuisine, yuzu is the new premium citrus syrup that has a tangy and tarty citrus fragrance. Le Fruit de Monin Yuzu adds a distinct flavour to refreshing cocktails or hot drinks when under the weather. The citrus flavour with subtle floral notes acts as a replacement to lemon and lime, which can also be used in soda applications, smoothies and sherbets, and is highly recommended lemonades and ice teas as well.
