M Management Company selects new executive chef

M Management Company has selected Greek-born Dimitris Fatisis as the new executive chef for the hospitality group.

The group currently operates Dubai eateries such as Nola Eatery & Social House and Mythos Kouzina & Grill, both located in JLT.

Chef Fatisis brings 13 years of international experience to M Management Company. Previously, he has worked with hotel chains such as the Hyatt Regency and The Ritz Carlton.

One of his initial challenges will be to bring local ingredients into the menus. The group has said in a statement that chef Fatisis will be incorporating weekly visits to local markets to source ingredients for the restaurants.

Commenting on the appointed, Fatisis said: “Food is not only my career, it’s my passion, I am completely and utterly dedicated to my craft and my vision for M Management Company F&B outlets is to bring the guest’s dining experience to the next level by developing uniqueness of food, service, and ambiance in each venue.”
