Ramada Downtown Dubai has signed Raziuddin Dalvi as its new sous chef, and will be tasked with leading the kitchen team of Kenza, the hotel's all-day dining restaurant.
Dalvi will head the day-to-day kitchen operations, and will be responsible for planning and reinventing the menu and coming up with new recipes to enhance the guests’ dining experience. He will also be in charge of controlling food cost in the department.
Prior to his role in Ramada Downtown Dubai, Dalvi was the sous chef at Al Ain Equestrian, Shooting and Golf Club.
He also worked as chef de partie at Ramada Plaza Jumeirah Beach Residence, and held various positions at Mina Salam Hotel and Toscana Italian Restaurant, which are both part of Jumeirah Group.
He has more than 15 years of hospitality experience in the UAE, KSA and his home country, India.
