Shangri-La Hotel Dubai appoints resident manager

Shangri-La Hotel Dubai welcomes newly appointed resident manager Craig Cook to the executive committee.

Australian native Cook has worked extensively in hospitality, and held positions in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and throughout Asia with Intercontinental, Marriott, Movenpick and Fairmont.

He has a background in F&B and senior hotel operations.

Cook, who will be responsible for the hotel’s 492 hotel rooms, serviced apartments and private residences, commented: “As a hotelier, I am passionate about quality and ensuring a memorable experience throughout all touch points of our guests’ journey; it will be the small things that make the big difference.”
