The world’s first 3D printed sweets have made their global debut in The Dubai Mall’s confectionery store, Candylicious, through its Magic Candy Factory concept.
The sweets were created by UK firm Ketjes Fassin using vegan; halal; gluten, nut and dairy free; non GMO; natural ingredients.
Two printers are able to produce the gummy candy in under five minutes.
“We are delighted to introduce the magic of customised delicious candy created on the spot from all-natural ingredients through our new partner, Magic Candy Factory at Candylicious,” said Alabbar Enterprises head of confectionery retail Rosantina Saraswati.
The Magic Candy Factory currently offers 20 designs that can be customised, in addition to shapes such as the Dubai skyline, exclusive to The Dubai Mall Candylicious store.
