The latest Italian restaurant to land in Dubai’s DIFC district is The Artisan by Enoteca Pinchiorri. The new concept is derived from the original Enoteca Pinchiorri restaurant, located in Florence, Italy.

Enoteca Pinchiorri originally opened in Florence in the 1970s, launched by three Michelin star awarded executive chef Annie Féolde, with her viticulturist husband Giorgio Pinchiorri.

The new Dubai restaurant, which is located in the Burj Daman Building in DIFC, will be overseen by executive head chef Luca Tresoldi.

The Artisan by Enoteca Pinchiorri managing partner Firas Fawaz said in a statement: “The Artisan by Enoteca Pinchiorri brings the exclusive flavours of Florence to Dubai itself, priding itself on its heritage whilst ensuring the venture remains true to its home.

With the crockery, cutlery, fresh produce and interior decoration all Italian made, The Artisan by Enoteca Pinchiorri is a unique taste of Italy in the heart of Dubai.”
