Hilton Garden Inn to open in Doha

Latest Hilton mid-market property joins more than 15 Hilton Garden Inn hotels operating or under development in the Middle East.

Hilton Worldwide has signed a management agreement with Universal Management Group to open the mid-market Hilton Garden Inn Doha C Ring Road, according to a company statement.

The latest addition is set to open in 2018, and will be located in Qatar’s capital, Doha.

Hilton Worldwide vice president development Middle East & North Africa Carlos Khneisser said: “As one of the world’s commercial capitals, Doha is a key market for our growing presence in the Middle East, with its continuously evolving visitor offering and infrastructure. Today’s signing underlines our commitment to providing greater choice in the Middle East through a multi-brand growth strategy underpinned by strong brands and the best management practices.”

Hilton Garden Inn Doha C Ring Road will feature 138 guest rooms offering a health club, outdoor swimming pool, all-day dining restaurant, lobby cafe, bar and 24-hour Pavilion Pantry.

The hotel will be located on the city’s prominent C Ring Road, with easy access to business and commercial centres, as well as Hamad International Airport.
