New Brazilian-Japanese fusion restaurant for Dubai

Brazilian born concept Mori Sushi officially launches in Dubai this week, presenting traditional Japanese dishes infused with Latin flavour.

The minimalist design of the new outlet, located in Downtown Dubai Boulevard, incorporates the ancient Chinese philosophical idea of feng shui, which aims to harmonise people with the surrounding environment.

Commenting on the Japanese-Brazilian fusion venture, Mori Sushi managing partner Osama Heikal said: “Many restaurants aim to please by catering to what is expected; other restaurants push the boundaries of creativity. Mori Sushi is the latter.”
