ISO 22002-2’s Food Safety training specifies the requirements for the design, implementation and maintenance programmes that assist in controlling potential food safety hazards in outlets offering catering and food-related services.

Attending the training were head chefs, chief stewards and hygiene managers from the company’s Qatar-based hotels, with representatives in attendance including those from The Ritz-Carlton Doha, Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel, Mövenpick Hotel Doha, Simaisma, a Murwab Resort, The Avenue, a Murwab Hotel, Sealine, a Murwab Resort and Saraya Corniche Hotel.

Certificates of Attendance were awarded to employees who took part in the ISO/TS 22002 Part-2: training in recognition for having completed the programme.
