City Seasons Towers in Bur Dubai appoints chef

The recently opened City Seasons Towers in Bur Dubai has appointed Joy Skider as its chef, tasked with overseeing its three restaurants and 25 team members. 

Skider, who has nearly 25 years of culinary experience, mostly in the Middle East, will run Italian restaurant Pasta & Pesto; all-day dining restaurant New Season; and the lobby lounge.

The hotel offers an Italian restaurant, a lobby lounge and an international all-day-dining restaurant. 

City Seasons Hotels general manager George Demitry said: "Joy Skider brings along a great knowledge, not only in food preparation and presentation, but more importantly he is a good leader who will positively influence the kitchen team and the whole F&B operations in our new hotel.
