Intersect By Lexus appoints new head of beverage

DIFC-based Intersect By Lexus has appointed Martin Skriecka to lead its new mixology department.

The Slovakian-national, who was previously senior bartender at Karma Kafé in Dubai's Souk Al Bahar, is now head of beverage at Intersect by Lexus, which opened last year.

Since joining, he has created a new cocktail menu for the summer, which launched this month. 

Prior to relocating to the UAE, Skriecka was head bartender at Zahir Caffee & Drinks in his home country.
