Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (TDA) has hosted 30 orphaned children for iftar, in collaboration with the General Authority of Youth and Sports Welfare (YSA).
The event follows positive feedback from the children to last year’s Iftar with the Ministry of Health in Ras Al Khaimah.
Ras Al Khaimah TDA CEO Haitham Mattar said: “We are committed to working closely with the emirate’s community, helping those in need and offering them the opportunity to enjoy activities such as these.
"Ramadan is a time of reflection and we believe it is important that everyone is able to have a rewarding and enjoyable experience when they break their fast, with these wonderful children being no exception. We look forward to seeing them at our Ramadan Tent every year.”
