Pierchic is launching its first summer ‘Shellebration’ festival this month, offering new dining experiences each week for a six-week period.
Beginning on July 22, the coastal tour encompasses seafood dishes from across Europe, designed to be a 'culinary celebration of its fruitful coastlines', the restaurant said in a statement.
Chef Paul Lupton has created a programme of seafood concepts that will be offered from July 22 to September 4, with the following themes running consecutively: Marseilles Seafood Market, Valencian Seafood Paella, Feast of St Antony, Posh Fish & Chic, Lobster Spaghetti from the Amalfi Coast and the Galician Octopus Fiesta.
Throughout the festival, Pierchic, located by the beach at Jumeirah Al Qasr Hotel in Dubai, will focus on ordering produce from sustainable sources, wherever possible.
