Dubai's Nakheel issues tender for three-star hotel
Nakheel has floated a tender for the construction of a 295-room mid-market hotel in Dragon City, Dubai.
The plot area of Nakheel’s new Dragon City hotel is approximately 5,600m2, while the built-up area is approximately 16,900m2, according to Middle East Construction News.
The hotel will be situated north of the Dragon Mart one complex, reports the Dubai-based property developer.
Nakheel said the tender documents can be obtained by paying a non-refundable fee of US $2,724 (AED 10,000).
The final date for submission of bids is September 25 2016.
