New executive chef joins Carluccio's

Carluccio’s has appointed chef Christo Nortier as the new executive chef for the Italian restaurant chain. 

Nortier's culinary career to date has included a stint at Jamie’s Italian in London, where he worked as senior chef.

In his new role at Carluccio’s, Nortier has introduced a new menu, which features dishes such as seafood skewers, beef and gorgonzola salad and stromboli with cheese and roasted vegetables.

Nortier has also introduced a new kids’ menu to the restaurant.
