Jumeirah at Etihad Towers appoints DoSM

Jumeirah at Etihad Towers has appointed Tarek Madanat as the new director of sales and marketing.

Prior to joining Jumeirah at Etihad Towers, Madanat held the position of area director of sales and marketing with IHG Hotels Jordan, representing five hotels in four destinations.

During his career, he has worked with many international hotel chains. His roles have included positions at JA Resorts and Hotels, The Ritz Carlton, InterContinental Jordan and Kempinski Hotels, where he was appointed as area director of sales and marketing in Jordan and Levant region.

Jumeirah at Etihad Towers general manager Stefan Fuchs said: “I am confident that Tarek will be a great contributor towards achieving our goals and will lead the sales and marketing team to new heights in revenue and market share.”

Tarek has 16 years of experience working in senior management positions within the hospitality sector.

He will be responsible for managing the sales, marketing and public relations teams of the Abu Dhabi hotel.
