BurJuman Arjaan by Rotana has renovated a few of its rooms to include a new room category – the three-bedroom connected suite – following demand from the market.
The hotel said in a statement the move was done to target family getaways or friends travelling in a group.
The hotel's general manager Ulrike Andorff said: “This is a first for the property and we are excited to offer this unique setting to our guests.”
She added: “The initiative was introduced due to a consistent need for shared rooms and families wanting to be on the same floor, separated from everyone else yet not necessarily in the same room all together.”
“Our connected suites allow guests to move freely between suites if they wish and stay connected whilst also being separate, giving them some privacy."
"We have already had a good response to the units as they are perfect for families travelling together, groups of friends or even business colleague,” Andorff added.
