Greg Malouf to guest star at Intersect by Lexus

Chef Greg Malouf will be cooking a three day pop-up in Dubai, at DIFC restaurant Intersect by Lexus, from October 11-13.

Malouf, who is currently working on his eighth cookbook, will offer a pop-up dinner menu on these days, featuring his signature modern Middle Eastern cooking style.

The four course menu, which will be served from 7pm-11pm daily October 11-13, will be priced at US $108 (AED395) per person, with wine pairing available for an additional $68(AED250).

Intersect by Lexus will also be playing a soundtrack of Lebanese music during Malouf’s pop-up at the restaurant.
