After hosting two Michelin-starred chefs at Enigma, Palazzo Versace Dubai is using the skills of its own chef de cuisine for the next installment of the restaurant's dining concept.
Turkish cuisine is the new dining theme of the restaurant starting October 1, 2016, under the direction of chef Yunus Emre Aydin
Aydin has been with Engima since its launch, and has helped tell the stories of both of Enigma’s previous guest chefs before taking the stage himself.
He said in a statement: "It has been an honour working alongside such prestigious world-class chefs such as Quique Dacosta and Björn Frantzén, but I am thrilled to now have the opportunity to share the cuisine of my home with diners.”
Hailing from Marmaris, a port town on the Mediterranean coast, Aydin started his career as a yacht captain in Turkey. He began his culinary career 15 years ago, and before the Palazzo Versace Dubai worked at the Mandarin Oriental Bodrum.
Open six nights a week, Enigma is open for dinner and for the first time, an à la carte menu will be available in addition to a tasting menu.
