What makes Aramtec different from other suppliers?

What makes Aramtec pastry and bakery division different is our creativity and superior customer service priority. We are always there for our customers, giving them peace of mind. They know they can count on us and our staff and we provide quality products that inspire people to think outside the box. In short, what makes Aramtec different is the people working here and our way of approaching customers.

How does Aramtec meet the needs of the hospitality sector?

In order to meet our clients’ specific needs we use our unique and productive working relationship with our suppliers to offer quality training and demonstration sessions conducted by professional corporate chefs. We also meet face-to-face with our clients and see how their businesses operate. Understanding how they work provides a better sense to know how our products can benefit the mid-market sector.

Which product you are seeing greatest demand for?

Healthy snacking and savoury finger foods are the new trend in this market, and they are becoming more popular with the younger millennial generation and their daily eating habits – however chocolate and cookies continue to show a good market share in our region.

Why should hoteliers choose Aramtec over your competitors?

Reliability, stability, location, extensive product range and prices. Aramtec is a large supplier, and is reliable because it has enough resources and systems in place to make sure it can still deliver the right goods on time, if anything goes wrong. Apart from that, Aramtec’s vast experience gives us the stability which is important, especially for clients who are entering into a long-term contract deals. Our two prime locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi give us the flexibility to deliver in shorter time and less freight cost, especially for urgent requirements. Finally, prices and fundamental product range for the hot, cold and pastry kitchens are the key consideration for choosing a supplier these days, especially for mid–market hotels, bakeries and restaurants.

Do you have mid-market plans for new products for the region?

We have got an extensive range to suit the daily operations of the mid-market segment, these kind of products are very convenient and require one or two steps to be complete, ready to serve. Our major near future expansion plan is to launch a frozen ready-to-bake pizza crust from Richs, the pioneer manufacturer of frozen pastry and bakery products.
