Front office director joins Towers Rotana Dubai

Zeinab Abbas has been appointed as the new front office director of Towers Rotana Dubai.

Abbas has worked with Rotana for close to a decade across three hotels in the region including Gefinor Rotana, Al Ghurair Rayhaan & Arjaan by Rotana.

Abbas has a Banking and Finance degree from the University of Beirut. She kindled an interest in hospitality following her training in the front office department of the Gefinor Rotana, eventually applying for a guest service agent position.

She then earned a promotion to front desk manager in the seven years she spent in Gefinor Rotana.

Abbas moved to Dubai in 2013 to join Al Ghurair Rayhaan & Arjaan by Rotana where she was promoted to front office assistant director within an 18-month period.

“I am grateful for the opportunity to grow within the company, and equally excited to take on the challenge of a dynamic front office team at Towers Rotana," Abbas said.
