Michelin-star chef opens Dubai deli

British chef Tom Aikens is set to open his first international deli in November at Riverland in Dubai Parks and Resorts.

Tom’s Kitchen Deli will offer express food and drink options, with a daily changing menu.

Aikens, who has two Michelin stars, commented: “Dubai is a foodie haven and has seen a recent trend of casual, informal dining taking off. Tom’s Kitchen Deli is all about offering a relaxing, informal environment for families and friends to enjoy fresh, delicious and exciting food.”

The new outlet was designed to complement the Riverland theme at Dubai Parks & Resorts, by Forward Associates in collaboration with Wildfire London.

It is Aiken’s second Dubai venture, following last year’s launch of his restaurant Pots, Pans & Boards.
