As a result of the late King Abdullah Abdulaziz’s reforms, which sees women today make up about 15% of the total Saudi workforce.

“Attracting qualified women is a critical goal as we try to build the pipeline of the next generation of leaders,” said Hilton Makkah and Towers general manager Ibrahim Fati.

“Our staff are the ultimate ambassadors for the Kingdom and the holy city of Makkah and we encourage them to work towards and attain their personal ambitions and goals,” he said.
