Dubai's Reflets par Pierre Gagnaire closes down

InterContinental Dubai Festival City has closed its fine dining restaurant Reflets par Pierre Gagnaire.

The restaurant has been operating in partnership with French three-Michelin starred chef Pierre Gagnaire since the hotel opened eight years ago.

The restaurant will reopen in May 2017 with a new fine dining concept from Gagnaire.

IHG Dubai regional general manager and area general manager James Koratzopoulos and IHG area director of sales and marketing Sayed Tayoun told Caterer Middle East a name for the new concept is yet to be decided on.

Gagnaire's other Dubai-based outlet, Choix Patisserie and Restaurant par Pierre Gagnaire, remains open in InterContinental Dubai Festival City.
