Marwa Mustafa has been promoted from director of sales to director of sales & marketing at Warwick Dubai.
She has more than 15 years’ experience working in sales roles for numerous international brands across the Middle East.
Having graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Cairo, Mustafa’s first role in hospitality was in 2001 as group and tour coordinator for Hilton Worldwide.
Mustafa moved to the UAE in 2005 to work for InterContinental Hotel Group in the reservations team, followed by Radisson Blu and Accor Hotels.
Her first sales manager role came in 2009 with Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, where she was in charge of developing and implementing new sales strategies, tactics and action plans for international leisure & local corporate accounts. From here, Mustafa became director of sales for the brand, increasing the production of the leisure segment by 45% and the corporate segment by 30%.
She moved to Taj Palace Hotel as director of sales in 2011 and moved to Warwick Hotels & Resorts in 2015, working as the director of sales for Warwick Dubai, leading the corporate team to increase the segment by 31%.
