Michelin chefs host Italian street food festival

The Westin Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina will be hosting Dubai’s biggest Italian street food festival as the closing party for this years’ Italian World Cuisine Summit, on November 17.

The annual summit has brought a host of events and international chefs to Dubai, and this year's closing party offers the opportunity to sample cuisine from Michelin star chefs in a casual setting at The Westin Mina Seyahi 

Food stations will be offering traditional Italian dishes, such as cold cuts, cheeses, risotto, pizza, pasta and BBQ meats, as well as classic gelato.

The highlight of the event, which is free of charge to attend, will be five Michelin starred chefs - Paolo Gramaglia, Patrizia di Benedetto, Daniele Repetti, Augusto Valzelli and Tommaso Arrigoni - presenting traditional Italian cuisine in a street food contest.
