Media One Hotel has appointed Michele Jenman as the new head of nightlife operations.
Brazilian national Jenman moved to Dubai in 2012, as general manager of Gaucho in DIFC, and then moved to Tribeca Kitchen & Bar in 2015 as general manager.
Prior to her move to the UAE, Jenman worked in London across various restaurants and bars.
Jenman said in a statement: "I chose Media One because it sounded exciting, versatile, funky and edgy. I am very excited about the refurbishment and new opportunities for The Dek on 8 and ON42."
Media One Hotel director of operations Felix Hartmann said: "Michele brings plenty of international but moreover local market knowledge to bring nightlife at Media One Hotel up to the next level. Michele is developing new concepts to suit the new The Dek on 8 and ON42."
