Head chef of Ricetta Four Points by Sheraton named

Alex Sebastianutti brings international experience to Ricetta with a career spanning Abu Dhabi, Germany and Italy and roles ranging from Chef de Partie to Chef de Cuisine, according to a press statement.

Sebastianutti, born in a city near Venice, has become an expert of Italian cuisine and fine dining over his 13 year career.

“I look forward to taking guests on a palatable journey of the senses with the menu I’ve prepared for Ricetta. Italian food is absolutely international and delights diners around the globe. It will be a treat to produce exceptional meals for guests in a city as global as Dubai,” explains Ricetta head chef Alex Sebastianutti.

His culinary skills have been savored in establishments such as Parco Ristorante Le Calandrine and Cipriani Restaurant.

Menu offerings include Orata alle Erbe, Ossobuco alla Milanese, Costella D’agnello and a number of vegetarian dishes.
