Reif Othman adds home theatre to The Experience
Private dining concept The Experience by Reif Othman will feature a home theatre by March, reports sister publication Arabian Business.
Besides wine, the theatre will serve popcorn and cotton candy.
Launched in October 2016 as Othman’s 'chef’s table', The Experience is located at Play Restaurant & Lounge on the 37th floor of the H Hotel in Dubai.
The Experience accomodates 12 people and can be booked for brunch, lunch, dinner or 'after hours' for AED750 (US $204) per person.
Othman, who is head of the culinary department at Absolute F&B, creates bespoke menus in line with guests' preferences.
The chef has also revealed that he has plans to open another Play outlet in the Middle East this year.
