L Catterton Asia, a private equity firm that owns and operates the Cé La Vi brand, said it would open a new lounge in Downtown Dubai, in addition to locations in Kuala Lumpur and Taipei, reported Arabian Business.
Cé La Vi currently operates in three locations in Asia, including the rooftop of the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, rooftop of the California Tower in Hong Kong and rooftop of the Sathorn Square Tower in Bangkok.
Cé La Vi, which said it looks to offer a luxury lifestyle dining and entertainment experience, will double its operations with plans to open in Dubai, Kuala Lumpur and Taipei.
The Dubai Cé La Vi venue will be a joint-venture with an unnamed partner and will be located on the rooftop space of The Address Sky View Dubai hotel, which is currently under construction in Downtown Dubai.
The Address Sky View is a hotel, residence and serviced apartment twin-tower complex that will include a signature restaurant, ballroom, infinity pool with amenity deck, offering 360-degree vistas of Downtown Dubai. The business hotel section will have 166 rooms, while residences area will include 531 serviced apartments.
