Kerzner International has launched Royal Atlantis Residences in Dubai, next to the Atlantis resort on the Palm. The expected completion date of the 43-storey resort complex is the third quarter of 2019, reports The National.
When completed, The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences will offer 231 residences and 795 new guest rooms and suites.
Prices for the luxury apartments start at approximately AED7.65m (US $2m). The Royal Atlantis Residences will have views of the Arabian Sea or across the waters of The Palm towards the Dubai city skyline.
The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences director Issam Galadari said: “The development will become the new landmark of Dubai and will support the ‘Dubai Plan 2021’ in positioning it as one of the best places to live in the world.”
“The timing was right for to build another iconic structure and to continue the Atlantis experience in a new way; creating a home and a community for families to live,” said Kerzner International president and CEO Jean-Gabriel Pérès.
Guests and residents will be able to enjoy rooftop private gardens and private infinity pools overlooking the ocean and The Palm, as well as the 'Sky Pool', an 'Ultra-Pool' and a beach club.
