Saffron syrup

La Marquise International has introduced a new syrup flavour in the GCC — Saffron Syrup by 1883 Maison Routin. Developed specifically for Middle Eastern and Mediterranean palettes, the product is suited for both cold and hot applications and there are many recipes that could be created with the syrup. In February, during Gulfood, La Marquise will introduce the Saffron Syrup by 1883 Maison Routin at Hall 8, stand B8-30.

Toffee nut syrup

Pure sugar syrup and containing no preservatives, Giffard’s toffee nut syrup is made from hazelnut and caramel natural aromas. Gold yellow in colour, it smells of caramelised hazelnut at first and then has butter caramel notes. Its taste is a blend of roasted and fresh hazelnut, with final notes of slightly salted butter caramel.
