Park Inn Motor City on track for Q2 2017 debut

The Park Inn by Radisson Dubai Motor City is on track for a soft launch opening by Q2 2017.

Following the initial announcement by its developers in October last year, the project has reportedly picked up steam with a soft launch likely to be planned for May 2017.

The project is being developed by Al Tawfeeq for Development and Investment (ATDI), which is also constructing the adjoining First Avenue Mall.

The four-star 150-room Park Inn by Radisson, Dubai Motor City will overlook Dubai Autodrome’s race track in Motor City, and will feature specialised LED lights on the building’s glass and aluminum-clad facade.

Paul Uglesic has been appointed as the general manager to guide the property in its pre-opening phase. He said: “We are delighted to bring the Park Inn by Radisson brand to Motor City.

“The hotel will have an all-day dining restaurant, a café lounge, meetings and events spaces, gym, spa and swimming pool. Strategically located close to many of Dubai’s key commercial nodes, including Dubai Production City, Studio City, Maktoum International Airport and the Expo 2020 site, the hotel will attract a high volume of business visitors."

The First Avenue mall will have 65 retailers and food and beverage outlets as well.
