El Chiringuito opens at Rixos the Palm

Ibiza's ‘El Chiringuito’ has thrown open its doors at Rixos The Palm Dubai.

The menu consists of Mediterranean dishes with French and Ibicenco touches by executive chef Jerome Palayer. Highlights include homemade beech wood smoked salmon, sea bass roasted in a sea salt crust and beach classics like Calamari Andaluz and the famous Chiringuito Beefburger.
