UberEats introduces restaurant manager tool

The UberEats Restaurant Manager aims to deliver actionable data to help restaurant decipher customer preferences.

The new tool is a free analytics resource providing restaurant partners in Dubai with insights to help improve their day-to-day operations and service quality at the touch of a button.

The web-based dashboard features intuitive visuals and detailed metrics around customer behaviours and patterns that will help restaurants track specific feedback. Restaurants will have access to data about their service quality, customer satisfaction, and sales alongside access to the tools to make specific adjustments to improve their business.

Speaking on the launch of UberEats Restaurant Manager, UberEats Dubai general manager Damien Drap said: “With UberEats Restaurant Manager we hope to serve up a winning recipe for our partners – continuing to support them in growing their customer base through efficient and reliable delivery, as well as providing them with invaluable insights to help them improve their business operations at a strategic level”.
