Dubai-based hotel apartment Al Bustan Centre & Residence recently recognised employees who had demonstrated exemplary efforts in their roles by giving star titles and certificates.
“We want to acknowledge leaders and team members who have distinguished themselves the most. We are proud that the first quarter of 2017 brings us closer to the 20th anniversary of Al Bustan Centre and Residence’s successful operation. The hotel’s overall performance cannot be achieved without the employee’s dedication in providing the guests exceptional service,” declared Al Bustan Centre & Residence chief operating officer Moussa El Hayek.
Highlighting the ‘internal talents’ who have made an outstanding contribution, the property awards prizes known as the “Cleanest Room of the Month Awards”, where an inspection takes place at locations where employees stay. The “Employee of the Month Awards”, recognises employees who have made outstanding contributions to the hotel.
The hotel's human resources department also commends employees who have successfully completed attendance at various courses such as advanced personality development training to improve skills, knowledge, and competencies required to perform well on the job.
