The Dubai outpost of New York’s Le Cirque is set to open at The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC.
Circus balls, tent shades and monkeys have become synonymous with the brand, however the most recognisable character is Sirio Maccioni who founded the concept in 1974.
Working with his sons, Marco and Mauro, their family story started in the late sixties when Sirio working at the famed Colony Club in New York.
With Daniel Boulud, David Bouley and Christophe Bellanca all taking the helm in the New York kitchen throughout the decades, Le Cirque Dubai arrives at the Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) this month.
The menu features classic French fare taking a simple approach with fresh, light and contemporary a la carte dishes.
The restaurant and bar features sleek accents and touches that give a nod to Le Cirque’s four-decade heritage. It has a garden that overlooks the DIFC terrace area.
Le Cirque International Group had previously debuted in the UAE with Circo in Abu Dhabi.
