Dunes Hotel Apartments launches loyalty programme

Dunes Hotel Apartments has launched an online loyalty programme called "Dunes Hadiya". The programme comprises three tiers, namely, silver, gold and platinum, and is designed to reward frequent guests with complimentary stays, meals and other benefits.

“When we started developing the loyalty programme last year, from the out set we were clear about creating a hassle-free system that was easy to operate and use. We also focused on offering gifts and compliments of value. Taking the programme online makes the system more efficient and redemption is immediate on check out. Hadiya literally means gift and Dunes Hadiya is a thank you gift to our guests for their continued patronage,” Dunes Hotel Apartments general manager Faisal Abdul Rahman said in a statement.

Upon check-in, frequent guests at Dunes are automatically entered into the "Dunes Hadiya" programme. Lifetime membership is free.

Depending on their membership category, guests earn from two to up to four points for every AED 100 (US$ 27) spent. Points earned are updated on the guest’s online account within 24 hours with an up-to-date points balance visible to the member upon signing into the site. Points accrued will be valid for a period of three years from the date of joining or tier upgrading. A balance of 100 points is the minimum criteria for redemption.
